Terms of delivery and payment for milling products
in the version adopted by the Association of German Mills (Verband Deutscher Mühlen e.V.) on 1 May 2015

General provisions

These terms and conditions of delivery and payment apply exclusively to all deliveries made by the seller to the buyer. Other services provided by the seller to the buyer are also considered deliveries within the meaning of these terms and conditions of delivery and payment.

Any conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the buyer shall only apply if and to the extent that the seller expressly agrees to them in writing. The seller's terms and conditions of delivery and payment shall also apply if the seller makes deliveries to the buyer without reservation in the knowledge of the buyer's conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions.

Upon the first delivery to the buyer, these terms and conditions of delivery and payment shall also become an integral part of future deliveries by the seller to the buyer.

The agreement on delivery quantities, prices, delivery dates and other arrangements that are not specified in the following terms and conditions of delivery and payment or that deviate from them must be made in writing.
